Spread frosting between graham crackers to make a homemade version of a sandwich cookie.
Eliza's note: These are easy, fast, fun for the kids, and a great way to use up leftover frosting.
Tiffany's note: This is probably a simple treat that Mom had when she was little (and she shared them with us)--maybe we should consider it a Heritage Recipe? :)
this is one of my favorite treats, and several of my friends enjoy it too! i like to make a whole bunch, wrap them individually in foil and pop them in the freezer!
